We provide general-purpose calculators and informational content that estimate walking/running distance from steps—or steps from distance—using options like average stride length, height-based stride estimates, and custom stride input. Unit switching (e.g., kilometers, miles, meters, feet, yards) and male/female presets are provided for convenience. Results are estimates for general guidance and may vary based on device, terrain, pace, footwear, and individual biomechanics.

2) Not medical or fitness advice

The service does not provide medical, health, or training advice. Consult a qualified professional about exercise targets, injury risk, or health questions.
